Shipments: Door to Door delivery

Estimated delivery costs: Delivery will cost R170 for main areas. Grey and outlying areas might be charged at higher prices. Free shipping for orders over R1000.00.

Products are only delivered within the borders of South Africa. Customers outside South Africa can make their own arrangements for collection and delivery.

Delivery: Parcels are will be dispatched within 1 – 2 working days once the payment has reflected.

Delivery estimated between 3 -5 working days in main areas and 5 – 7 working days in outlying areas. Bakers Lounge cannot be held responsible for delays handed over to courier company.

Customer accepting the parcel maybe required to produce identification or pin for verification purpose. Any person accepting the parcel at the delivery addresses with verified identification will be assumed to be authorized to accept the parcel on behalf of the customer.

Should the delivery find no one at the address, the driver will return the products and notification will be send to customer once attempt has failed. New arrangements can be made delivery or collection. Additional fees may be charged for delivery fee if the customer was not available on first attempt. All deliveries are done by third party; Bakers Lounge shall not be held liable for any damages or loss incurred by reason of any acts or omissions of the deliver, employees, sub-contractors, agents, representatives and/or affiliates.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with the products, you can notify us within 7 days to supply you with the return address. Food consumables are non-refundable. Refund is subject to the conditions of the items being the same as bought and returned to us safely. Bakers Lounge will not be held liable for the damages during transit. Delivery packaged costs to return the items are the responsibility of the customer and cannot be held liable if the parcel does not reach us. In the event of faulty products, we will cover the costs of delivery. Additional 10% may be charged to repackaged the products on returned items. We will confirm once the return or exchange has been finalized to process the refund. Refunds will be done via bank transfer or credit note to your account for repurchase.

Cancellations

Bakers Lounge reserves the right to cancel any order at any time before delivery.
